STAGEDESIGN & SET & EXHIBITION & EVENT & PUBLIC SPACE
Facing no budget and limited time conceiving — 3 days in total —, we created a stage design using what was wildly blossoming and growing around us, incorporating nature’s donations as the literal core of Brombeerbühne: blackberries. We constructed a stage for a hallway 100 meters long and five meters wide next to an abandoned factory building. The stage was mainly lit by LED spots and canisters equipped with sound triggered lightbulbs, put alongside the corridor.
Following the concept of HALLO: Festspiele to use what is given in our surroundings, we dyed fabric, put up a flag and colored our "Brombeerbühne" spotlights — all in and of blackberry.

Elevating the material nature gave to us, we also produced a video admitting to our indeed brutal use of nature’s gifts and thanking for what was given to our use for setting up this dye-it-yourself "Brombeerbühne".
Our Brombeerbühne stage was realized in September 2015 for HALLO: Festspiele in Hamburg.
